Took one red onion, heated until translucent over medium heat in olive oil
Separately added small amount of water and cooked up some ground chicken meat (1 lb) utnil it was all done / some covered, some uncovered. Kept 'mincing' the meat with the stupala until it was all kind ground up. Added water every so often to keep it moist. When it was done, added some olive oil, then added the onions, 5 cubes of ginger/garlic/serrano chili paste (frozen), 1 tbs turmeric, 1.5 tbs of garam masala, and 0.5 tbs of fine salt. Bam! cooked it up a bit and mixed it all up until it was done, then turned off the stove. Then, while it cooled down, prepared cilantro, lemon, and green onion... added a handful of dices green onion, and diced cilantro and half a lemons worth of lemon juice.
Tasted it, tasted only okay. Not ND quality.
Stored the cooked up meat in the fridge. ... then defrosted springroll shell, cut into thirds, used double sheet for each samosa.. fillled with meat
Preheated oven to 400 degrees. then took 5 of them, glazed them with some olive oil, wiped away excess. Going to need a brush next time! and baked them at 400 degrees for 25 minutes total (flipped at 20 minutes). Let rest then feasted on one... tasted okay.
